Blocking my account without informing me

I have been making payments from my FNB app on my iPad. Some prod have received double payments. The more honest of these people informed me of this and then reimbursed me. FNB then later discovered their screwup and removed the money from these people's accounts. These people are now out of pocket and need to be REPAID.
Today I go to make purchases and when trying to pay find my card declined. The store calls for authorization and are told to refuse the transaction. I then call FNB to find out what e problem is as there is plenty of money in the account. I am told that the account has had a hold put on it. They cannot tell me why. Furthermore my Supposed premier banker which is supposed to be a perk of the Platinum account cannot be found on the system! It is Sunday. No branches are open and now I am unable to use my card. Aside from the inconvenience and embarrassment is the fact that at NO TIME does the bank think it appropriate or courteous to call heir so called "premier" customer and advise him that there is a problem on the account.
I guess I will be sitting in the FNB branch Monday morning instead of the office.
FNB sort this out ASAP or I'm moving banks. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
