I phoned the call centre to enquire about a debit on my acc. They have cut me off threw the phone down in my ear. I have eventually got through to somebody who helped but did not help to the end though I was given Fnb no with a ref etc. They are my bank and they are supposed to phone fnb about the query not me. It is so unfair to expect from the client to phone another bank where the debit order comes from it is on my Nedbank acc and not fnb acc. I think this is very bad service to expect the client to phone fnb to find out where the debit is coming from.
