PAID OF WONGA ACCOUNT LAST YEAR NOVEMBER

I paid of my wonga account last year November and yet my account shows on ITC for an outstanding amount of R171. i have phoned I have send mails and yet nothing has been done!!! i have told them that i will pay the R171 in order for me to get my name clear but I cant because my account is up to date on there system. i need to get finance for a new car and cant because of this. I hope this works. Otherwize I would have to take the Leagel route.
