I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful service you rendered in respect of my claim. Although a week went past before my claim could be finalized, I now feel that it was worth the wait as my claim has been approved.
I know my husband holds a view different to mine when coming to your turnaround time, however, this does not deter me from congratulating you for the job well done. In fact, I am willing to rate you at 8/10 contrary to the score you guys received from my husband. After all, this is what democracy is all about.
