I logged a complaint on Hello Peter and finally received the attendtion of Colin Mophuthing. On 20/02, he advised that he would make arrangements for my phone to be collected and I will be notified before the courier company comes to collect. On 21/02 the courier company shows up without prior notification. On 22/2 he advised that the phone has been sent for repairs and I will be advised of the outcome of the assessment. Today I was advised by Colin that the phone will be delivered to me. However, since 21/02 to date, I have sent numerous email requesting feedback as to what is wrong with the phone. I am still waiting.
