Really poor service

This will be the last time I use Wesbank for finance.

I recently increased my installments and asked for an updated amortization schedule. It takes Wesbank 3 days typically to respond to a request. Then they sent me the exact same, and outdated one i can see also on the website. After a third request they send me a statement, which is not what I asked for.

Is it so hard to just send me what i ask for, AND IN A TIMELY fashion?!?!?!!
