Thought Outsurance are bending over backwards... bending over backwards to you over!
Had cover for a cell phone that was specified as R8000. Phone got and now they want to only pay R3000. Apparently about depreciation bla bla bla. They did not decrease my instalment or altered my contract at any point to account for this. I am also unaware about a clause in my contract that stipulate that.
We then phoned them, and guess what? The person responsible DOES NOT WANT TO HELP and said it is our problem. We must know they depreciate it and it is OUR RESPONSIBILITY to phone them to decrease the premium and not theirs???
