We have bought a second car and asked my current insurer Dial Direct to please send stickers and a booklet to keep in the other car. This I had to do 4 times thus far and having to wait TWO WEEKS each time to see if it has arrived in the post. The operators just keep saying there is an error logged? No problem taking the monthly premiums thow!
Had enough think its time to look for an Insurance Provider who CAN! Not very happy at ALL!
Will see if they can help otherwise its over!
