Just got off the phone with a Standard Bank Bluebean consultant. Inspite of me being MONTHS in arrears on my credit card repayments, I was able to negotiate an achievable arrangement for 6 months. The consultant was friendly, courteous, understanding and supportive. Thank you. This is some of the best news I have had in months. Thank you Bluebean. Although I am at fault, there is somebody out there who is willing to listen and come to my aid.
