I had written a report about metropolitan in December pertaining an investment policy tat is maturing in December and the person that responded to the complained stated that on the 1st of February 2013 I will get an amount of ten thousand, six hundred and sixty six rands and the premiums payed from october. On the date mentioned I received the specified amount without my premiums I waited ten days ago I went to the branch in Maponya mall I was told that a check was send to me and no explanation given why I was not consulted and why the agreement was not honored and the consultant that attended my quiry said that he has reversed the check, took a copy of my bank statement and said the money will be in my account in five to ten days. Its ten days, no money. I am tired of running around I want my money today. I am really not impressed with your service and intending to cancelled all policies I have with this company.
