What a horrible journey it has been with you people and you make me utterly disgusted with the level of your service.
I requested that someone arrange that my car be delivered from the Panel Beaters and nothing happened, i had to make provisions at WORK again to pick up the car meaning my work was interrupted.
Car was not fixed as instructed, the headlights on there are useless and i cant see at night so I'm sure you want me to die on the road. What happens when i visit home???
Paintwork is not complete and its shoddy work, my sunroof is damaged and not the way it was when you sent it in. The report from BMW has still not been sent to me even though i requested this, my hooter or horn is not mine and i want my original horn sound back!!! My drivers chair was torn at the back which i had to fix myself while the people there just looked at me, citing negligence by the people you told me to send my car to the second time and i refused this but you said they deserved a second chance and they messed up again. This has not been a good relationship and i am taking this further. I have had it with your because you deduct my money but the service is mediocre.
