I took out a policy on the 1 March 2013. I then wanted the vehicle covered from that day. According to the Agent he told me that a Level 4 alarm had to be fitted as per the telephone call. No explanantion as to a level 4, I had an alarm fitted on the 22 March 2013. The vehicle then went to be inspected and failed the Insurance requirement unless I had a new alarm and immobiliser fitted. This car is insured for R25K I akready spent R27K on and I cannit afford the additional cost or premiums without it. Outsurance refuses to refund me of the almost R400 I am getting a R62 back. Not my fault. I AM DISGUSTED AS THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE THE MONEY BEFORE THEY ARE SATISFIED THAT THE VEHICLE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS. THERE SLOGAN YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. Michael Romanov is the retention agent and that is it. Please help
