My father Johan A Raubenheimer ID 2204035023080, was issued a SASSA card, but cannot use it because he was never given a pin number. When he tries to draw money or buy something at Shoprite, his thumbprint doesn't work. I made numerous calls to their helpline, cannot even get some one to answer the phone, or a voice tells me to wait and the line goes dead. I received no response to the emails I wrote to explain the problem. I am at my wits' end. Don't know where I'm supposed to go or take my dad for assistance.
