Last week i submitted a repurchase form with nedbank to have my rainmaker fund sold and shares paid out to me, it normally takes 2 working days, but at this point they are waiting on capitec to confirm my banking details to do that. I cant understand why they have had no response and capitecs attitude is very laxed and lazy, when all i want is my money, and the only people standing in the way is my very own bank! its really Disappointing that this is the service i get considering I switched banks 2 months ago. :( please could someone assist... the people at nedbank 0860 123 263/ 021 416 6011. i mean unless capitec want to give me the money and their thumbs till they provide better service!
