Early Debits - Refusal to assist

I have been struggling to get assistance from this company for two weeks now. They have been debiting my account early and this is affecting my credit score. When I opened this account I requested that my account be debited on the 25th of every month. They have put through stop orders on the 08th of the month??? I have been forced to go into the store to make payments which is very incovenient!! I have tried calling their contact centre but no one seems to want to assist they keep tranferring you from agent to agent. ALL I NEED IS FOR MY DEBIT DATE TO BE CHANGED! I am now forced to take this complaint to the consumer complaints board.
