I phoned Ibuyeco regarding the increase of my policy and a very friendly Brent answered the call. I explained that I never claim and feel that my annual increase should decrease instead of increase. He asked me a couple of questions regarding my 10 year history as an insured driver, cracking appropriate jokes in between which made me very comfortable speaking to him. He also advised me on future claims, if there should be any, if the other driver is in the wrong and what I should do, which will surely help me if it should happen. I use to jump between insurance companies all the time (most of them sisters companies) to shop for the best price. He advised me to rather contact him directly in future to discuss my concerns etc. Well done, Brent, you are a star. Keep up the good work.
