His professional. I think he knows how to deal with customers because he really made me feel comfortable. I was freaking out inside but he made me feel so comfortable that now I am cracking jokes. He is a gentleman. He explained to me the processes now and the assessment etc. There was one scratch that I did not even notice that he pointed out.
