Signed Up Mid 2012 Still No Policy. No Feedback

I Signed up in mid 2012. The whole application was handled telephonically.
To date I have not received my Policy wording. No Statement. No Phone Numbers Nothing.

But My account gets debited every month.. Even Phoning them yields no results. They keep saying they will send it. But lo and behold. It has been months & still nothing.

I am considering handing them over to the short term insurance ombud/Tribunal
