In 2009 i signed a building contract with Calgrom 3 to build a house in Jukskei view. The process was delayed and when the house was finally completed in March 2012 i went to check the house and found people already moved in the house and claimed that it is thier house. when i confronted them they acknowledged thier mistake and promised to settle my bond with Std bank and release me from the contract within 2 weeks. Its has been 11 months and bond with Std has not been settled and i am still incurring financial loss monthly and they are still full of storries whenever i confront them This people are and nothing from what was promised has been executed. I really wish they can be struck of the building rall by NHBRC. Three people i was in contact with is Yolanda, Wendy Carter and their manager Brand.
