So, i have been with First for Women for the past year, in Feb 2013 my insurance premium went up by a few rands short of R300, without me being notified at all. I was absolutely shocked and contacted them, they reviewed my contract and was only able to better it by R40 and the sales consultant had the nerve to tell me lucky i have enough money in my account. What the, as customers of First for Women, we are flipping paying your salaries.
I must say I am absolutely disturbed by the fact that i didnt receive an sms, e-mail or even mail to advsie me that my premuim was going up.
They really are not as rosy as the paint themselves out tobe, its horrid actually
