Me and my husband have been customers of First for Women for a couple of years and it is absolutely shocking that our premiums can increase with more than 25% after not claiming in the past year. That is a total of R400 per month. The call centre said they can give me a discount, but it is still an increase of more than R300 per month. How is that justified!
