I had requested confirmation letter that I only have 2 credit cards with Stanadard Bank and I was told that the turnaround time is 24 to 48 hrs, after a number of calls to follow up when the stipulated time was over Ms Bloem came to my rescue and eased my frustration. Keep it up lady.
