For more than one week we emailed several times to Natasha to find out who made a specific payment into our business account, this was marked as urgent due to financial years end. After we sent reminders we received a very general reply, not answering our request at all.
We requested further and detailed information until today, but did not receive any reply at all. For a bank charging extremely high fees to business clients compared with other banks in the world, their service should be much better, for not saying at least there should be SOME kind of service...
