No Service - Request done through Online Banking

Requested info on my account via the Online Banking function on 8 October 2013 @ 07h11 am. Received a confirmation e-mail at 07h12 am 8 October 2013 that my request have been received.
I send another request via e-mail on 9 October 2013 @ 16h23.
Absolutely no service, too busy finding new clients with ridiculous radio ads and no time for existing clients, if FNB are not interested I will take my own business and company business elsewhere.
This is not the first time, the last time the excuse was that they had internal changes. Wonder what the excuse is going to be this time!!!
