I send a hospitalation claim through to AIG on the 17/01/2013 after I was hospitalised for 7 days for a very bad injury. It has been 2 months now and had no feedback when I call them, instead I speak to very rude and bad attitude consultants which gives me wrong info.
I'm stuck with medical bills and cannot pay them.
I think this is very ridicoulos cause I have never skipped a instalment my policy is up to date.
