Let me begin by stating just how utterly disappointed I am at the kind of service offered by AF. I have heard of their track record when it comes to payouts and now I am experiencing that. The company seems to find pleasure in holding on to peoples hard earned money and delay payments just so that interest can be earned by the entity, which is something I find despicable. I have called the inconsistent call center agents since the 6th of December 2012 I was advised on the 20th of December that my money will be paid out in the next 7 to 14 days, to date it hasn't been paid apparently it is sitting with the payments department. I tried to confirm if they have the right banking details, I was politely told that, "it's not possible to that" and that the company's rep will call me within 3 working days to confirm that, to date nothing has happened moreover the 7 to 14 working days waiting period is OVER. I called on friday the 11th still no luck, was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes. Question is, when will I be paid my hard earned cash due to me, what is the hold up? I hope to never ever have to deal with AF, i can only imagine wat my family will go thru when i die.
