I have received a RELEASE NOTE from Innovation Group on 2013/01/31. I had some questions about the settle amount for the 3rd party claims on my vehicle. Untill today I have had no reply on my weekly emails to Brumilda and the tpclaims emails. I have phoned the landline, which is just ringing and the call centre puts one through to 3rd party claims and that line also just rings. Please help, I need my vehicle to be repaired.
