This is a response from the complaint i logged again FNB regarding unauthorised debit orders; Denise from the tableview branch called me back and promised to assist the best she can and she was very friendly and symphathetic. i just want to say thanks to her for handling my query; she also gave me her contact no. and email should i encouter any problem with my account again she will assist accordigly.
