I have had a problem with ABSA in regards to obtaining my statements. I have to ask them NUMEROUS times before I get anything. It's already been 4 months and I still haven't received statements for November, December, January or February...

This is absolutely terrible service and I'm seriously considering changing my bank. I don't want to waste so much bank costs on a bank that's wasting my time. The service delivery is not up to date, I hardly ever get through on the phone lines and when I email them, they just say they're experiencing a high email volume. No one does anything to help. Pathetic!
