Had my account debated with 3 month premiums- I had skipped 2 month premium, but due to this had no cover for those months. so way deduct the arrear amounts. I had miway call me. Thabo M the call center agent went out of his way to see that I will be refunded. He arranged for the money to back in my account, the same day. good going :-)
