SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MIWAY

On the afternoon of 22.02.2013 my husband reversed into a pole at Ezakheni College in Ladysmith and damaged the driver's door. When he got home (Estcourt) i lodged a claim with Miway at 17.11pm with the consultant Precious. I received a claim number etc. On the 26.02.2013 we received a text message from Alicia to inform us that she was making arrangements for an assesor to have a look at my vehicle. I called and spoke to another consultant and informed her that my husband was in Ladysmith for a meeting with the car so Alicia should contact him. Alicia left another text message and when my husband and i tried to call her she was unavailable so i left messages for her. The car didn't go to the assessor because she never got back to either of us. Arrangements were made for a local panelbeater. My husband took the car there. I called them today and was informed by a consultant that the assessment is still being validated, and that before they continue they need to speak to my husband to hear his side of the story!!! That is all well and good but exactly when do they intend contacting him. Each person gives me a differerent story. My car is still not fixed
