I was offered a credit card and saw it as a financial opportunity to change my life but it has become a frustration im living with. The debit order date was arranged for 27th of each month and it went through for the first month. The following monthit was returned: insufficient funds since i didnt receice any statement. The 3rd month it went through and returned for no reason was called to pay. From there its the same routine of threatening smss n calls. Local branch manager intervened and agreed with her to reload a new debit order date but problem remain unsolved and im pestered by smss and calls. Could you kindly assist because my credibility is afffected. Thank you.
