I lost my job at the beginning of the year and have been struggling to pay my bills on time. As a result, I have had debit orders fail on my account and FNB has me this misfortune.
The bank is charging me R138.00 per failed debit order, for what??? How can this ludicrous amount possible be justified??? I moved to FNB because I heard they looked after their customers, I was sadly and catastrophically mistaken!!! In my time of misfortune they have taken the chance to drain me of everything I have. The little money I do have coming in inevitably gets swallowed up by these charges leaving me unable to pay my bills as well as put food on the table.
I am truly disappointed by a bank that I had in the past held in such a high regard as one of the good ones. :(
