Bad Service and unproffesional behavio

I went to African Bank on 28Feb to settle a CR Card loan i had borrowed 14 months ago (R7000) i have been paying R455 monthly and never missed a payment which means I have paid a total of R6370 but amazingly i was told that my settlement amnt was R6570.i asked the consultant @ the branch to please explain bt she told me that she doesn't know why my bal was still high i must phone customer care and pay at geen and Richards when i got there i was sent to Beares who sent me to Dial a Bed, i was assisted with the payment and with a making a phone call, i was through to Nomthandazo who was clueless she kept saying that my intr was 18% monthly and cud not explain further. I asked to spk to her Sup who was also unprofessional, he did not apologise for keeping me on hold for 20 mins he just said "hello Nhlanhla speaking' *really* he told me that i was over the limit that's y my acc was not dec, i have never rec a letter from the Bank telling me that, clearly my contract has changed why was i not informed... I need answers and a refund because the DO for feb had gone through but i was still quoted the same amount i had received by sms, this is day light robery someone plz explain.
