Sent several emails from 3 January 2014 to Claire De Kock and Crystal Human requesting that my membership be cancelled. Received bad communication from both ladies for this cancellation. Eventually told that membership has been cancelled but still debits are going through on my account after cancellation. Overall feeling of Stratum is dodgy business practices and everyone should stay away from signing up with them. Terrible customer service and communication from several people spoken to at the company.
