Unauthorised debits

I have just been looking at my bank statement and found that VAP.INS made 2 debits from my banking account, and both on the same day. On 01.03.2013 first an amount of R352.00 and then the amount of R60.00.
I know not that I am a bona fida customer of this VAP.INS.
I would appreciate these above amounts be refunded immediately,
