Can someone please explain to me, why I am not receiving any statements regarding my personal loan!!!
Last time I had to lodge a complaint, which took 2 weeks to get a response and have statement mailed to me. Where discrepancies were found and disputed, and were eventually resolved.
Now I don't understand why I am not receiving my statements, when your call centre keeps on trying to sell me products, so clearly you have my information.
Let someone contact me a.s.a.p. to have this sorted.
This is why you losing your clients, poor service delivery. Work on this then maybe you can still be seen as a competitive bank rated one of the top dogs.
End of the day, through all the competiveness of banks, what will determine your future is the level of service you provide your clients or x-clients that has financial agreements with you.
