Debit order reversal

I have an amount of R399 and R299 that has been taken out of my account, when I track these people down they push me from pillar to post and no one seems to have answers. The info I got thou is that they are some voucher people. I have no idea how they accessed my account but I according to FNB I might have agreed to whatever it is which I do not know. I visited FNB (Natal branch - Colin) last month to have this amount reversed and I was promised it would be reversed, was not done, went back again and still it was not done so I lost that money. This month again thought I will try another branch, went to West street branch (Durban) on Wednesday, signed and they said the will REVERSE it same day but till today I still don't have the money back. Understandable so it's not their fault or their responsibility to track these people down but when I actually take my time to visit the bank for a service I expect delivery. Please assist.
