1 Month To Open Prestige Account

Last month i went to open a Prestige Account at Randburg branch and i was assisted by Mokomele Moiponi. I signed all the relevant documents and i was told that the account will be activate once they have confirmed employment. From that date i never received any form of communication from Standard bank regarding my account, Standard Bank then sent someone out after a work to my workplace where they wanted to confirm employment and the lady requested HR records from my employer (for whatever reason).

My employer complied and Standard Bank was supplied with the relevant documents and from that day up until today they hasn't been communication of any sort, its been 2 weeks. I sent my wife to Mokomele Moiponi today and she came up with some silly excuses. I tried to open an account last year in November with the same lady cause apparent she is the only one who details with Prestige clients and i had to close the account because of the same issue, i thought it would be different but clearly i was wrong.

THEY IS NOTHING PRESTIGE ABOUT STANDARD PRESTIGE BANKING AND FOR YOUR OWN INFORMATION LOWER RATES ALONE DON'T DRAW CLIENTS YOU NEED TO HAVE GOOD COMM SKILLS SOMETHING THAT YOU LACK
