POOR SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

I have been waiting for two weeks for my group club account to be FICA verified. This is a process that takes 24hrs. i cannot access my account because of this. The nedbank Agent being Josie Penyenye does NOT come back with feedback, she ignores emails and furthermore to clients as to when it will be done. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING.She does not answer her phone, or reply to emails therefore i am left to wonder. Nedbank really has poor service! i want my acount fixed as in YESTERDAY AND AN APOLOGY FROM JOSIE! disgusted. once this account is open FNB or Standard bank will get my money.
