I have had the displeasure of being badly treated by a bank that pick up line is how can we halp you it should rather say " how can we help ourselves. In April last year a R500 went off the my account i went into the Vinyard branch in Claremont and expressed my concern to a consultant there who said theres nothing she can do and all i can do is cancel my card (which she did but there is no note made of this but they can see the R500 being taken) and get a new one, then today R1356 went off my account without my knowledge and i was told by the bank i made a loan via the ATM i was fuming how can they allow this without confirming with me by telephone or email, i want my money back and to top it all they now want me to run around to get affidavits from the police so that they can be summoned to do something i mean this is putrid how can you allow someone to make a loan via the ATM without written confirmation i want my money back and this dually investigated at once
