Good Morning
I recently (November 2012) put in a claim for a leak in my kitchen. Outsurance had it fixed but in the process the contracting plumbing company damaged tiles on the wall. I have since queried this twice with them as i now have a small whole in the wall. I last queried this in January and was sent an SMS stating that someone would contact me. To date i have not received any communication. This is pathetic service as its been almost 4 months since the damage has been done.
