What pathetic service - it is quite shocking. What is the 'bend over backwards" ad then all about??? Really!!
First of all we had a leaking pipe that needed to be fixed, part of pavement had to be lifted. The consultant said WE must find someone that can fix the pavement afterwards. After a disagreement we said we will do the payment ourselves. The day after someone phoned us to say that they will come and fixed the pavement - which we didn't allow as the pavement was already fixed by us.
The company that came to fix the pipe, damaged our concrete wall, left their rubbish on our loan, left scraps of pipe on the ground and also dug a hole in our garden, they also damaged new plants - and that after they confirmed they will work carefully. Plants were ungrounded and stepped on... Unacceptable, don't you think.??
We phoned outsurance for someone to come and assess the broken (NEW) concrete wall - we had to wait 2 weeks!! We had to phone outsurance over and over again. The guy came to day - what a disaster!!
THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS!!!
