Since the 12th November 2012 I have been trying to get a settlement figure/letter for an account with FNB. I have dealt with numerous people at COOMBE, but the one person who is supposed to be dealing with my query Trischa Naicker has done ABSOLUTELY nothing. Since they have a garnishee order on my salary they really don' t care!!! All i do send email request and get no response or get a response days later saying they are still waiting on FNB.
