My account with Multi loan has been handed over to Flemix &, previously known as Coombe & with an amount of R17 897, 90. They put a garnishee of R1165, 00 on my salary as from last year April. On the 30 January I requested a statement from them only to find that I'm still owing R20 899. I requested from Trischa the whole statement until the last instalment, and she advised me by saying she cant tell me when am I going to finish paying for this account since there are legal charges, My worry here is that the account is already handed over and I don't get the reason why am I being charged such excessive legal costs, outsource interest, outsource commission as well since I'm already paying for an account, I'm not happy with Trischa's response and to me it looks like he's not informative. Something needs to be done here, they are very ridiculous and so unfair to people that are owing.
