Last month i logged the very same complaint. My account was debated even after i notified you that i would not be taking up your services. I got a string of apologies and a refund of ONLY the amount debated. Last night i was debated AGAIN! What must i do for you to stay out of my bank account?
This is the last time i go through this with you:
1. I want my money back in my bank account by midday today including both months bank charges
2. I want a formal letter, signed your customer services manager apologizing and stating that my information has been removed from your database.
Ignorance this is not done, I WANTwill open a case and lodge a formal complaint with the insurance ombudsman and consumer commission.
Stay out of my bank account.
