And I must just wait???

I am disgusted in the attitude given from Old Mutual that has been taking my money on a monthly basis for my provident fund... It seems most companies that you invest money with are all but willing to take your money but when it's time to pay the money back it always seems to be such an issue! I have been phoning for progress on my pay out and every time I phone I get a different answer on the amount of time it's going to take to be paid out.. I honestly don't think the amount of time it takes is justifiable, as sometimes they can get things done in 2-3 weeks and other times it can take up to 3 months? What is the difference in what has to be done? I am waiting for my money in order to start my own business, but this only seems to be a concern to me, why? When calling and speaking to the call centre agents there seems to be a no care attitude, me as a customer I am upset with receiving conflicting information and in need of my money, but the agents I have spoken to have not been helpful or sympathetic to my problems and when I get upset I get told they will not speak to me if I continue this way. I want someone senior to contact me and perhaps assist.
