I was an employee of Afrox until 31.05.2013. After 5 and a half weeks I am still waiting on my provident fund to be paid out. I tried calling your customer service department twice but had to drop the call each time as I was waiting more than 6 minutes without assistance. Can somebody from your provident fund section please contact me to assist me with my query.
