FinRite, i have been trying to reachyou by phone since last Thurs to this day but without success as your line is continiously engaged and am being put on hold endlessly. I was acutely offended by Edgars who informed me that i can only claim R 1 100 for my Galaxy Tab 10.1' cellphone that is worth over R 7 000.
The lady at Groenkloof Edgars Branch (Molebogeng) said i should lodge this complaint with you but my efforts of since last week to locate you by phone drew blank. Could you forward to me a copy of my policy detailing the ensued cover/dispute and explain to me why I must accept such a bitterly abnormal claim.
Aggrieved to the bone.
