Collection without prior arragements

On Saturday the 23th Feb 2013, I spoke with Zandile after they have deduct me twice on my personal loans. Zandile was helpful but refuse the understand my situation as I have explained to him that I also have other debt that I have to pay especially those for monthly school fees and transport for the kids. He said only part of the amount will be returned and had to wait for several days to get that refund.. I treatment I received from Nedbank I was warned by many people about the quality of poor service I will receive from Nedbank but I did not believe them... I had two accounts (1) 8001577165501

I hereby urge someone in authority to assist in my case...
